Dear Sir/Madam,

The suit that I bought on March 1 from your store in IFC mall had a defect after two weeks of use.

Three of the buttons on the sleeves fell off. There is only one spare button accompanied with the suit and I do not know how to repair it. When I went to the same store and asked for more spare buttons and repair service, the saleslady named Vicky Chow refused in a impolite manner. I have bought many sets of suit for many times and have always been satisfied with the quality of suits and service. That is why I am particularly surprised at the quality of the suit and the service provided by that salesperson.

Since the set I bought had a defect, I certainly hope you will offer me a replacement set and the follow up of the dissatisfied service provided by Vicky Chow.

Yours faithfully,
Charming, Mandy, Bill

Dear Charming, Mandy, Bill,

We are sorry about the suit that you purchase in our IFC store and the inappropriate manner of our staff.

As our quality control process is to inspect the products randomly, the suit you bought may not be under inspection before sending to the store. With respect to the attitude of our staff, we had done the internal investigation and found that her customer service quality is not up to standard.

In regard to your complaint, we will send you a new suit within this week. We will also give Ms Chow a warning letter and ask her to attend the traing session again. (old suit?)

We hope that you can continuous to support our company. To show our goodwill, we are now enclosing our VIP membership card so that you can get the purchase disount and VIP present from our company.

Yours sincerely,
Tina and Amy
